The Cure Forward Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values trust and transparency. Because all contributions directly support our charitable mission, all donations made through our website are final and non-refundable, except in very limited circumstances described below.

1. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations are considered final charitable contributions.
We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal circumstances

• Misunderstanding of the donation purpose

This ensures that funds can be used immediately to support families facing cancer across North Carolina.

2. When a Donation May Be Refunded

A donation may only be refunded if:

• A technical error caused an incorrect charge

• A duplicate donation was submitted by accident

• Fraudulent or unauthorized use of a payment method occurred

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund due to the above reasons, please email:

• Donation amount

• Date of donation

• The reason for your request

We may require verification for unauthorized or fraudulent claims.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow your bank or card issuer time to process the credit.

All donation payments are securely processed through Stripe.
